What is Dynamic Cupping?
Dynamic Cupping is a massage technique that uses specialized silicone or plastic cups to create gentle suction on the skin. The cups will be applied using traditional and modern techniques, both being left in place and moved throughout the session. This helps to increase circulation, release muscular tension, reduce stiffness, and support the body’s natural recovery.
Benefits of Cupping:

Contraindications:
Pregnancy
Epilepsy
Blood disorders (e.g. Anemia, Hemophilia)
Cardiovascular isuues (e.g. Pacemaker, High/Low Blood Pressure)
Unregulated Diabetes
Skin conditions (e.g. Eczema, Psoriasis, Rosacea)
Use of blood thinners or anticoagulants
Varicose veins
Active or recent cancer
Recent surgery, injury, or fracture (within 6 months)
Easily bruises or scars
Local Contraindications:
Lesions, broken skin (includes eczema, psoriasis)
Directly over veins, arteries, nerves, lymph nodes
Inflammation
Acute Infections
While generally considered safe when performed by a trained professional, cupping can have some side effects, including:
Bruising and discoloration (expected and temporary)
Skin redness or irritation
Mild discomfort or soreness
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Nausea or fatigue
Aftercare Recommendations:
Stay hydrated
Avoid vigorous activity for 4-6 hours
Keep the cupped areas warm and covered
Avoid hot showers, saunas (including Infrared), or swimming
