REMOVAL OF NAIL ENHANCEMENTS

Due to the nature of the services we provide, we do not remove Gel Polish, Acrylic, Dip Powder, Builder Gel, Aprés Gel Nails, or any type of nail extensions. We ask that you please remove these products from your nails prior to your appointment. If you arrive with any of these products on your nails, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

As always, if you are a returning client with our CND Shellac on your nails, the removal is incorporated into the regular service timing and price. Also, our nail technicians are not able to use any products not offered by Nine Stones Spa for your application.

CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY

For the health and safety of all clients and staff, and in accordance with state regulations, Nine Stones Spa is not permitted to perform nail services on clients with nail fungus. If you are experiencing symptoms or suspect you may have a nail fungus, we kindly ask that you seek medical attention prior to booking a nail service. If nail fungus is indicated on your health forms, our team will review this with you before beginning the service. If we observe signs that suggest a possible fungal condition, we will need to respectfully end the service at no charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

    Reshapes nails for ingrown management

    • This service focuses on reshaping and managing the nail to help reduce pressure and prevent worsening of ingrowns.

    • It does not remove ingrown nails.

    • If there is noticeable irritation, swelling, or infection, the service may be rescheduled for safety reasons.

    • Our Nail Technicians are not medical professionals and can only perform and advice within their scope of practice, they will recommend you see a Podiatrist if needed.
