Nine Stones gift certificates do not expire. Some of our older electronically issued gift cards do show an expiration date, please disregard those dates.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person by calling the spa directly. Gift Certificates can be used towards the cost of services, gratuity, and retail products. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service to be redeemed.

Yes, you do need to present your gift certificate at check-out. This can either be in the paper format, or we can scan it from your email.

If you would like a gift certificate mailed to you or the recipient, you can call the spa at (207) 772-8480. There is a $1.50 shipping & handling charge for all mailed gift certificates. They will be sent using USPS; therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date, and no tracking is available.
