How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services, retail, and gift certificate purchases.

How do I join the Loyalty Rewards Program?
No sign-up is needed! All clients are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Rewards Program.

Can I earn points when paying with a gift card?
No, purchases made using a gift card do not earn points.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Once you've accumulated at least 250 points, you can redeem them for $10 off any service! Points can be redeemed in increments of 250, so the more you save up, the more you can take off your visit:
250 points = $10 off
500 points = $20 off
750 points = $30 off
1,000 points = $40 off
Just let us know at checkout how many points you'd like to use, and we'll take care of the rest!

Can I redeem my points for anything?
Points can only be redeemed toward services and cannot be applied to retail purchases or gift certificates.

Can I redeem my points for cash?
No, points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and are tied to your account only.

Do I get points on my birthday?
Yes! You'll receive 100 bonus points on your birthday. Just make sure we have your birthday on file so you don't miss out!

How do I make sure my birthday is on file?
Let us know at your next visit and we'll get it added to your account!

Do my points expire?
Points never expire! You can keep accumulating them to enjoy a bigger discount when you're ready to redeem!
